"Deployment" and Other Important Changes!

Hello everyone! 

A brief "recap" of what happened.

If you came from the official RPG Maker Web forums, you probably saw that I'm a bit frustrated about their rules regarding up-selling my own work, then, I said I would abandon this project, but that's not fair to the ones who appreciated and financially supported it thus far, so, I decided to work on the last tutorial about adding custom resources and make this a project a kind of "starting point" for those who wants a reasonably decent tutorial about the RPG Maker MV engine. I'm still planning to polish the entire project a bit more after finishing it.

I moved the "Battles tutorial" to the "second book", as it will play the role of the "last tutorial" of the entire game and also added a brief explanation about "deploying the finished game". I also updated the latest tutorial (previously Scripts to Plugins&Scripts) to fix some grammar mistakes and naming errors.
