Major update: Version 104 "RETRY"

Yipee! First major update! Anyways...

...Changes:

• Replaced the blur effect after death from version 103 to a "retry" screen, in which you can reload your game by pressing the "RETRY" button. Lookin' pretty neat!
• Removed the Green Flag. It's obsolete because of...
