Build 1.1.1 - Quick fixes

Nothing too big this time. Just some quick fixes for this update. More specifically:

• Resolutions wider than 16:9 should now look a little better
• Solved a bug that could crash the game if you had no playable cards in hand
• Added an in-battle button to surrender
• Added a menu option to skip the enemy's dialogues
