Fixed Spider boss bug

I have fixed short cut bug of below.

•  game would be stopped if the egg laid by the spider boss died the moment it hatched.

You can use one of the following methods for application.

• Download Zip and Decompression
• Copy old Save folder to new one. and play as new one.
