Beta 0.4.8 - Story fixes

Greetings, commanders!

Apologies for the lack of updates.  That annoying thing called "real life" has been seeping into my game development as of late - not to mention other shiny projects distracting the Great Leader from the main war effort.

The main purpose of this post is to fix a bug in Part 3 where Robin declares her interest in joining a youth group.  I've fixed this interaction so that she declares her interest in the proper youth group.

In any case, Beta 0.4.8 adds:

• Fixed broken Part 3 decision relating to Robin's political stance
• Updated text for clarity and concision
