1.4 - Spawn Changes

General update with some bug fixes and also level changes

• 9 player spawn areas have been added to level 1 (there were none before)
• A bottle of Almond Water will no longer spawn randomly on Level 1
• Supply crates will no longer spawn in weird shapes and sizes
• Items only being picked up in Hotbar Slot One fixed, all hotbars now work
• All items now work properly
