v3.1.7 Update

This update includes the following changes:

• Changed NPCs to occasionally mention when it is a holiday.
• Recovered day-of-week names.
• When a formatted date is given, as in Destiny's "Good Morning" messages, it now includes the day of the week, for example, "Ihud, Terr 1, 1414". The days of the week are Ihud, Sanno, Maksanno, and Rabu. Rabu is a Holy day.
• When Brendylynn wakes up in the morning, there is now a toast message if the current day is a holiday.
• The shipping container was still referred to as the recycle bin in a few places. This has been fixed.
• The following Visustella plugins were updated to the latest version:
