Added guidance for creating enemies

After running some solo sessions and creating enemies on the fly, I figured it would be worth adding some guidance for creating enemies to the game. Because the game is so flexible, you can use very simple enemies or more advanced enemies which have many facets to them.

This little bit of guidance should make it easier for referees to make it up as they go or plan ahead.
