MMM Beta Release 0.79 - We need your feedback!

Hello, Generals!

Command 150 units and items in our latest build! We have been working hard on integrating new units, synergies and UI updates to make our game the best it can be ahead of our Steam Early Access release next month! 

That's right, we're launching Million Monster Militia on Steam in August and it will arrive with a new Ascension feature for replayability as well as different unlockable starting squads!

We have been hard at work refining the game’s mechanics, enhancing the visuals and balancing the gameplay to ensure you have the best experience possible.

New Features

• MAYDAY Ability - Call in a Mayday to deal 10x the damage of your previous turn...but only once per run!
• New unit/item ability - When deployed, the International Affairs Officer (IAO) has the ability to PROTECT or DISMISS another deployed unit. This is activated with a new button next to the Mayday button.
• More Choices - You can now choose between six different units after each turn

Balance Changes

• Boss Health Changes - New units and synergies meant we were destroying bosses way too fast during playtesting! We've made some adjustments to boss health to ensure things aren't too easy! 

Quality of Life / Miscellaneous

• New Synergies - More ways for the units to work together and complement each other. There’s lots of experimentation for you and you will also now deal higher damage earlier!

• New Visuals - We’ve added a splash of color for the piece type and have refined the piece selection screen (We’re still making refinements so feedback is welcome!)

Lastly, we're excited to welcome a new team member, Connor, who has hit the ground running and is already making valuable contributions to the project.
