Small bugfixes and updated UI

Changed the movement speed buffs, jump buffs and dash buffs you can get from the powers up. Now it should more balanced.

Also added text under so the player can see by how much he will be faster or jump higher based on rarity.

Fixed a few enemies that were getting stuck.

And finally move the dialogue box above the NPCs so the player can see them and they are not covered.
