Midnight v1.1

I've been listening to the various pieces of feedback I've been receiving, and have made some small changes.

• The post judgement phase is now skippable, after the first time.
• There is now a way to quit the game from the lose screen.
• Other, secret things.

The game should now be less frustrating, hopefully.
