New additions/Changes:
-Added new bathroom room model for the containment sector
-Added all of the alkali metals (Ex. potassium, caesium, francium)
-Added new Items tutorial level
-Added new SetSCPs/EnableSCPs command
-Extended the SCP tutorial level a little
-Reverted even more april fools stuff
-SCP-4205 will no longer spawn while the server is idle
Bug fixes:
-Fixed issues with the sprint meter and entering/exiting gas
-Fixed boolean values not working with debug commands
-Fixed problems with noclipping (no clip command would be false even without no clipping before)
