Posting v2 updates in preparation for One-Page RPG Jam 2023 #1pRPGjam.
Expanded word count by about 100 to clarify turn-taking, ACTION and EFFORT, attacker and defender, and how initiative is maintained. I reworked the first step to determine initaitive with a wager because the math modelling showed a strong preference for the first player.
