Bug fixes and performance boost.

• Improved performance for lower end (still missing some preloads)
• Added dynamic camera (can be turned off on settings)
• Added some fog
• teleport is now usable on stairs.

I had done a workaround for the flame wreath visuals that were disappeared (which was an engine bug), but that bug seems to be gone with godot 4.1, so I've removed my workaround.

Please let me know if flame wreath still gets invisible after 2 seconds.
