Hello!
I'm back from another break, this one lasting almost two weeks. Working on this project in moderation helps me stay interested and not suffer from burnout.
Some of the feedback I received was centered around graphics and lore potential.
The rough idea I have for the story is as follows: You are trapped in a death factory and you must escape.
It's not very much but it's a good starting point. I can easily build off of it.
Graphics wise, the game is quite barebones. While I quite like the simplicity, not everyone likes that. Flat graphics get old very quick.
Although making graphics is a challenge for me, I enjoyed making this tileset. It's supposed to look like dark stone with metal plates on top. I'll have to some testing to see if these look nice, but I'm sure they will.
