If you purchase a copy, you will have access to all platforms. If you have already purchased an Android copy, you will gain access to all platforms. Enjoy!
Purchased copies get access to all updates as they become available. Those of you who follow news in our space will know that the future of selling H-games through Itch may be uncertain - but we will maintain the option to buy for as long as we are allowed to, and we will keep updating already-bought copies for as long as we are able to.
