Patch Notes: 7/6/2023

Patch notes for 7/6/2023:

• Cutscenes are now skippable with the spacebar
• "New Game" option was added to the start menu to reset the player's save data (only affects tutorial progress so far)
• The tutorial prompt was moved lower so that it does not cover the player's character
