v1.06 Minor updates

v1.06 release 07/04/23 (minor update)

• Visual effect now indicates when the Dash and Fireball abilities have recharged
• Boss Health Slider now appears for the miniboss as well as the final boss
• Slight reconfiguration of final boss room to prevent the player from parking in the top left corner
• Enemies now properly respawn at their initial position after player death
• Player can no longer shoot a fireball while crouching
• "You Are Here" icon on the map now faces the same direction as the player
