QoL Improvements
- Updates to tutorial
- Added steps to explain bulldozing
- Set initial hand for tutorial
- Updated tooltip to show info for the next tile to be played when not hovering over another tile
- Added preview for score gained at given position
- Made top card of the deck larger than others to better indicate what will be played this turn
