Moving to Butler

Switched to using Butler for updating the builds since I’m planning to post updates frequently and it will greatly improve update speeds. If you have it installed the old way via the Itch App, just uninstall it and reinstall the latest version for your platform and it will be the last full install. From then on only patches will be downloading and installing.
