Update Hotfixes

Hammered out some bugs, but also added some additional features and mechanics. It's honestly a very long list so I'll just give some important highlights: 

• Grapplehook has been greatly improved (and has some slight auto-aim)
• Fixed a lot of issues with the Otter animations and collision
• Character editor has been improved a bit
• Some new art!

Looking forward to seeing everyone's thoughts! As always I'm still on the hunt for bugs, but if you find anything wonky let me know.
