V0.16 Drone Update

Changes that were done in this build

• Fixed some typo
• See the droned on the battle screen
• Added new items
• Add more text to the merchant
• Increase the number of health the health orb gives
• Lava Hauler and Frost Blaster sends less lava/ice
• The initial battery doesn't keep the charge between stages
• A more rare battery was added that keeps the charge

The game seems pretty solid for now and the next build might take more time than usual. The Steam Demo will come out and will try to get feedback from different places.
