Chapter 3.2 left off on a somber, yet hopeful note, with Cynthia and Kaz's friendship getting some much-needed development. As the final day arrives, the beginning of the storm is just around the corner...
Chapter 3.3 Beta will be sent out via Kickstarter mail to the Full Beta Testers very soon! A direct download link will be attached with a short message, similar to when I sent out the previous beta chapters.
Chapter 3.3 Beta is not 100% perfect. It’s about 97% polished.
Like the previous beta chapter, Chapter 3.3 is also not edited. I'll link the previous update here for more details.
There are a few sounds that I might replace for the full release, but they don't affect the overall beta.
Fun Fact: Chapter 3, in total, has over 100 pages of script, with over 11,000 coded lines!
Yeah... there is absolutely no way I can do all that in one setting. Can you imagine how long that would take!? If I didn't split Chapter 3 into three parts, I would've gone crazy... @@
But yeah, it's finished. Finally. About flipping time.
Chapter 4, fortunately, won't be this long.
So, I got some exciting news this summer~
You know Rayless Blade? It's a pixel game that Cynthia is going to be playable in! She's currently having her animations done by the amazing pixel artists over at Kong Studio.
This is her profile page~
There are actually a few other GIF's available to check out on Twitter. But overall, amazing stuff! I can't wait to actually play her in the game, and have her in my party!
Another collab coming soon next month~ A curtain fox VTuber~ *wink wink*
The end of Chapter 3 marks the conclusion of the 'first arc' of Re:Memorize. The 'second arc' consists of Chapter 4, 5, and 6.
Chapter 4 will be finished before the year-end, but when? Only time will tell. I have a lot of art to do! New outfits, new backgrounds, new CGs, etc.
I'm also going to be looking for a new job this month, so things will slow down just a bit. But, I'll try to post as much as I can on Twitter in the meantime.
For now, that will be all~ Hope the rest of your day is wonderful!
