Small Snapshot Update

This was just a small update, mostly needed because the Windows installer and macOS packages did not include the new tBIN plugin. Some other small fixes and improvements have been made as well, as listed below.

Thorbjørn Lindeijer

• tBIN plugin: Include it in the Windows installer and macOS packages
• Added *.xml files to the filter used in file dialogs for TMX and TSX formats
• Maps view: When typing a file name, navigate to its directory

Mohamed Thabet

• Fixed tile replacement to add tileset when needed (#1641)

• Fixed some minor issues in the Korean translation (#1639)

• Fixed shortcut for 'Copy current position of mouse cursor to clipboard' (Alt+C) when using Portuguese translation (#1633)
