Update 0.3.354 - New worker efficiency system
Just uploaded a new update containing various fixes and tweaks, mostly related to quality of life changes and the tutorial.
The most significant feature added is the new efficiency system for the workers. Previous worker counter was confusing for several testers so it's been replaced by a percentage value indicating the performance of your workers. If it falls too low, you should recruit some more!
Farms also cost no workers to place anymore because it seemed like workers would just disappear when farms are built. Workers should not be 'spent' on farms, they are part of a common worker pool so this has been changed.
