EVENT: Era of Axe!

We have a weekend event update: Era of Axe!

In this version(2.7), you have 5 % chance to get 10 resources using melee items to gather resources! 

Crystal Tower are also buffed 
- slow down by 75% current speed (maximum of 60% max speed) -> slow down by 20% maximum speed (maximum of 80% max speed)

Night will no longer come from the top but gradually dim and light
- Enhanced performance

And some bug fix
- UI of level up and placing structures no longer under the night overlay
- Fixed bug that minimap and base hp do not show when purchasing an item in shop
