V 2.1 released

Upgrading to version 2.0 of the Playdate SDK.

Other improvements:-

• Added more levels, there are now over 300.
• Graphical tweaks.
• Added mp3 tunes, as version 2.0 seems to handle these much better.
• Pressing B button will now close the in-game menu.
