Added the even more updated ruleset, which clarifies a lot of things and makes some of the parts of the sheets make more sense! sorry for any confusion from the old rules! If you grabbed a copy of the V1 ruleset, let me know i can send you the new one if it doesn't let you automatically download the new one!
