Update v0.3.3 - Spawnbox Revamp Bugfixes

• Fixed a bug where the screen would be tinted red upon attempting to place a Volunteer.
• Fixed a bug where the Intelligence Officer/Firefighter is unable to place down obstacles when placed on east-facing locations.
• Fixed a bug where Intelligence Officer/Firefighter spawns where the Spawn Box is located, but the obstacles spawn in a different location. This is due to the obstacle spawn location being based on the cursor position which may move separate from the Spawn Box when the "Confirm After Place" option is disabled.
