Update v047 - Touch controls added

That's it! I added touch controls to the game, finally.

Here is how it works:

• Touch & hold left/right part of the screen to move left/right;
• Single tap to jump;
• Swipe gesture to dash;
• To interact with UI buttons, simply tap on them to trigger the action;

This is quite basic. This game was not initially made for touch screens and I still believe it works best with a keyboard or gamepad, but due to high demand I did the effort to add touch controls. I'm clearly not the target audience for mobile myself so I hope these touch controls will make sense to mobile players.
