Features:

• lots of improvements to step sequencer
  • edit sequence name
  • edit sequence MIDI number
  • duplicate sequence

Changes:

• mouse wheel can be used to edit integer values (e.g., tempo, track channel number, step velocity, sequence MIDI number)
• more consistent MIDI to pitch name mapping
• bigger step widgets in step sequencer

Bugfixes:

• can't scroll horizontally in step sequencer
• playhead flickers when mouse moved off timeline
• notes are still held after pressing mute
