Loonies 23.0.2 for DOS

Just like version 21.0.1 for DOS, version 23.0.2 is a DOS-exclusive update that improves displaying of the game content on Retro PCs. The DOS version now has the option of properly scaling the background color cycle animation image to fill the screen, or alternatively to properly letterbox the screen with black content.

• DOS: Fix non-fullscreen mode (letterboxing)
• DOS: Better scaling (zoom in) of background pattern

Since the changes only affect the DOS version rendering, all other existing builds are still up to date with version 23.0.1.
