Synthmulator v1.0.1

This revision of the popular modular synthesizer simulator brings new functionality, improvements and fixes.

New additions to the PROTO-1 setup:

• High Pass Filter (replaces one of the old Low Pass Filters)
• Voltage Controlled Attenuator (VCA with 3 independent channels)
• Plugging and unplugging jacks now makes a realistic sound (recorded from a vintage MS-20!)

Changes:

• The controls of the envelope generators for attack and release now are time values, between 0 (instantaneous) and 3 seconds.

Fixes:

• The Amplitude Modulator included on the oscillators are now correctly labeled.
