+ added a version update checker
+ added an apply button in the options menu
+ volume is now easier to edit
* fixed mouse not reappearing sometimes
* changes to enemy difficulty scaling
* fixed rotational dampeners being active while dead
* fixed volume going greater than 100
* fixed quality option not affecting certain objects
