Order Collection & Progress bar

Now there is an order collection screen, where you can view all the orders you have learned so far at a glance. It is accessible via the Pause Game screen, just like the Ingredient collection screen. Ingredients and orders that are viewed for the first time sparkle for a while ✨

The progress bar between the levels has just acquired an extra effect, too 😊
