Content of V0.04 (Changelog):

• the quest "Study material" (Chloe/roommate)
• the quest "Blackmail for dummies" (Scarlett)
• a new character is introduced into the game: The Headmistress Mary Baker
• Mary's office is now accessible (after the quest "Blackmail for dummies") and she can be met there
• Chloe's room is now accessible (after the quest "Study material")
• you can get a blowjob from her in her room whenever you like
• bug fixes, spelling corrections and improvements of existing content
