Catadel Updated to v0.4.323

A few hotfixes for the new build. 

• Fix for error on starting level 3. Existing level 3 save files may not work -- if you have such a file and you can't go back to the level select, you can send it my way and I can try to fix it up.
• Fix for cats sometimes stuttering and failing routes on Normal Speed
• You now have more days to complete objectives -- this change didn't make it into the last build because of a check in error. Sorry!
• You can now sell metals to shops -- this change didn't make it into the last build because of a check in error. Sorry!
