0.3.0 Devlog & Post-Jam Words

Hello,

Let me get the patch notes out of the way first:

• Rest of Day 2
  • About 5,000 words
• Preston’s Side Sprites are finished and fixed
  • Other fixes to the other characters were made.
• The current WIP of the CG was updated.
  • Forbread still needs to finish it.
    • He changed Preston’s nipple colors again.
• 1’st and 2’nd Choices
  • No Breakups
    • No Endings
• Less eye-bleeding UI.
• A sound indicator can enabled in the preferences to help those that want it.
• A lot of new CC/Licensed Music was added.
• THAT’S ABOUT ALL I CAN THINK OF.

So now onto my reflections about the Jam.

Here is how I feel.

So, yeah, I would say that the May Wolf Jam was a great success! When I made the Jam public, I was expecting at max, a dozen submissions and y’all blew that out of the water. The amount of variety was astonishing.

I say it here for the record. If there is enough demand for a MAY WOLF 2024 and another popufur wants to donate sprites, then I’ll be happy to organize the Jam again. But I kind of want to settle down with Furry Jams for the rest of the month. I’ll see how the waters are after my brother’s wedding in October. I think at minimum we have to make sure that the Wolf’s tail is on a separate layer so people can make it wag. Also I don’t know if I myself would participate in MAY WOLF 2024.

I am going plug my Super Spreadsheet here, which has all of the information for all the May Wolf 2023 Jam submissions.

As for TATWIOYBOTAG. I still haven’t finished the Script for Day 3, work at my Summer Property is long but not hard as of now so I’m hoping to finish this project before I go to a different Property after the summer. I am hoping that I have it all finishing within like 22,000 words because if I eventually go over my own proposed word cap, then that would be ridiculous. Once Day 3 is done, I’ll post as 0.4.X and then Day 4 will be 1.X.Y

But ya know, I have like three 1’st Party Switch Game I’ve been trying to complete.

Once that is over, then I think I’ll go back to improving my work and we’ll see where I am in my life by then.
