Minor patch 2 - this time, just polishing up some things that we spotted needed doing:
Revenant Jump Engines changed
Phoenix Lord unit type given minor cleanup
Generic Power Weapons added to armoury
swordwind now allows a phoenix lord to be included
Echoes of the fallen wording cleared up
Dark Reapers DT patched
Harrow-Lord Rule added to SRs section
