Update Notes, v0.4.0

This update brings improved rendering, music theory 101, and a unified input system for patterns, notes, and chords to Angel Beats. Happy music making!

• rewrote rendering layer in SDL for hardware acceleration
• autohide palettes when not in focus
• add transparency to palette dock
• remove icons from palette categories
• enable left clicking on compass menu actions
• new application icon
• better sizing and positioning of preset selector

• flickering compass menu
• playhead getting drawn over in timeline
• various visual glitches
