Alpha v0.2 Update
Key Changes
- Levels have been iterated with graphical and layout improvements.
- Gameplay has had some graphical improvements.
- Player abilities have had improvements for User experience.
- Enemies have had animations implemented.
- New grapple point feature, letting you get up into the air.
- New HUD layout and elements
- Gameplay progression loop implemented.
- Portals only spawn when the player has obtained the heart from the commander
- VFX for commander teleporting
- Sound for crossbow added.
Known Bugs:
- Fatal error in build causing game crash, we are investigating the issue.
Bug Fixes
- Collision fixes to many parts of the level.
- Fixed a bug where enemy collision would desync after being shot.
- Fixed a bug where arrow collision would remain after hitting an enemy causing other bugs.
- Fixed collision size of the javelin to reflect its visuals.
- Fixed animation bug related to Javelin ability
- Fixed bug where enemy lunge doesn't hit the player
- Fixed miss alignment of the Javelin ability not throwing towards the crosshair
- Fixed a slowdown bug related to the gap closing ability
- Fixed enemy AI not jumping up ledges
- Variety of small bug fixes
Minor Changes
- Minions spawned from commander have a small delay before becoming active
- Commander now reacts to receiving damage rather then only spotting player
