*extended the firestaff timer from 3 seconds to 5
*reduced texture resolution of animated leaves to help with texture streaming performance, and added a fade in effect to the leaves to help player visibility
* tweaked visuals across the board slightly to improve visibility and cut back slightly on glow/bloom
*changed occlusion shapes/placement. this has had a dramatic effect on performance (testing with my machine, from 50fps ish with dips to solid ~90ish fps)
