First stages of the HUD has been implemented with a working health bar, xp multiplier and combo counter. This devlog showcases the attack acceleration mechanic which is a key part of the combat system. Consecutive attacks in a combo will cause your attack speed to increase depending on many factors such as your stats. Once you get to a certain attack speed, your attack animations will be replaced with a faster one that can be scaled further.
