The newest files contain modified cards and markers for a different iteration of the game that I call 'hit-based system'.
Skill Checks, used for Crisis Resolution and for certain actions, require now rolling a certain amount of dice and scoring enough 5s or 6s on six-sided dice. There are also ways of obtaining +1 modifier for every die.
There are some additional tweaks, that affect gameplay further (all Crisis have a time limit, restrictions how many are to be revealed at one time and more) - those are mentioned at the end of 'current rules', as this 'hit-based system' is explained in optional rules section.
