I don't where to start, lets do it from the beginning.
I was working on this specific code for 3 weeks now, I being new to renpy and game being a quiz-game having lots of bugs would be normal, but this one specific bug was there from start worst hiding in the plain sight, anyway I fixed it a week ago then renpy started acting weird by randomly lagging and wasn't that heavy either, even now I can't figure out why.
Okay long story short, started everything from the start.
Conclusion, still not happy with the code a revision or two is needed
