1.2.2 is here!
A small update, adding just one feature: the preferences menu now has a "disable jumpscares" option.
Will this make the game less scary? I can't guarantee, but I do hope you'll at least be scared in the way you prefer.
In some places, mainly nightmare sequences, having jumpscares disabled will mean seeing a brief replacement scene instead to keep the story coherent. In other, it will simply remove or replace especially startling or sudden visual effects.
