[stable, beta] GM2023.4 and multi-level tabs

New things

• Added support for multi-layer tabs!
  If you ever find yourself lost in tabs as you go back and forth between a handful of things, this is the one for you.

GML updates

• Added support for $"strings"
• Added support for {a, b} shorthands.

Improvements

• GMEdit is now generally compatible with Feather type names (id.dslist instead of ds_list).
• Added an “Add missing arguments to JSDoc” option to linter settings in case your JSDocs are out of date with function definitions and you don’t want to fix them right now.

Fixes

• Fixed new notes creating a notess directory instead of notes
• Fixed up “display object info” for GM2022+ projects
• Fixed auto-completion not showing for self inside a with (field) inside a constructor
