Version 2.1.0 Update

This update sees a few things changed.

First, we took out the lighting effects. Not sure it fit in with the vibe of the game. Going for a 16-bit era look with this thing.

Second, we updated some assets and added new ones. Lot of new background stuff, flavour stuff, whatever you want to call it.

Third, and this should have been implemented earlier, wearing the condom makes it harder to fill the Cum-O-Meter. So in effect, wearing a condom is like playing the game in hard mode. It also doesn't feel as good.
