Last quick fix of the night. These fixes come care of WrathOfWood's stream!
- Altered damage formula of Psychic Blast, as it didn't take the target's magic defense (ego) into account and did waaay more damage than intended.
- Edited the stats of the ghosts in the Pac-Man world slightly (in favour of the player).
- WingWVR learned two abilities at level 3, one was intended to be learned at level 4. This has been corrected.
