Developing a Fluid Sim for Quidl

One thing I just didn't have time for during the jam was the idea that when Quidl deflates he spills water into the level. And not just particle effects, either: water that can flow and can interact with the environment.

In this video I talk about how since the jam ended I've started building an interactive fluid simulation for Quidl and I'd like to share how I tackled some of the problems one faces when undertaking a task like this.
